Southern California Telephone Company’s customer service team is staffed with knowledgeable, tenured telecom professionals who are tasked with a “one call resolution.” Our goal is to solve every incoming customer service call within our first contact with you. Additionally, we do not outsource our customer service. Our customer service team is comprised of dedicated staff members, all of whom live in Southern California.
